Steelers CB Ike Taylor has been targeted 44 times, allowing 24 catches for 392 yards and four touchdowns through the season’s first five games.
Through five games in 2011, Taylor allowed just three catches for 24 yards, so his play has gone into an absolute free-fall. In Thursday night’s loss against the Titans, Matt Hasselbeck targeted Taylor nearly one-third of the time. Per Pro Football Focus, Taylor has graded out as one of the league’s worst corners in 2012, and only Chicago’s Tim Jennings and Miami’s Sean Smith have been thrown at more. Look for the Bengals and A.J. Green to work on Taylor early and often in Week 7.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #13

Gabe Davis caught both of his targets for 21 yards in the Bills’ Week 14 win over the Bengals.
That modest sum actually led all Bills’ wide receivers in receiving yards. That’s also because their tight ends combined for almost 140 receiving yards. Davis is not a huge part of this passing game because the Bills seem to rotate all of their wide receivers regularly, but Davis still has Josh Allen’s trust and caught an important goal-line slant that saw him get tackled at the two-yard line in the first quarter. He shouldn’t be rostered outside of the truly deepest formats.
Gibbs can unseat CMC, Taylor as fantasy's top RB
Kyle Dvorchak discusses Jahmyr Gibbs' massive game against the Cowboys on Thursday night, sharing why the dual-threat back appears poised to finish be fantasy's top overall running back to finish out the year.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Derrick Henry had 25 rushes for 94 yards in the Ravens’ Week 14 loss against the Steelers, adding one catch for eight yards.
  • IND Wide Receiver #11
Michael Pittman caught 9-of-12 targets for 79 yards in Indianapolis’ Week 14 loss to the Jaguars.
Pittman produced some good PPR stuff, but had an interception snatched out of his hands by Greg Newsome. Still, it was nice to see the Colts offer some targets to Pittman after he’d been held under 30 yards in each of his last three games. He would have scored in the second half, but was instead called for offensive pass interference. With Riley Leonard likely under center going forward, Pittman is probably more of a WR3 in Week 15 against the Seahawks.
  • TB Quarterback #6
Baker Mayfield completed 14-of-30 passes for 122 yards, one touchdown and an interception in the Bucs’ 24-20, Week 14 loss to the Saints, adding six rushes for 42 yards.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #0
Keon Coleman caught 2-of-3 targets for 16 yards in the Bills’ Week 14 win over the Bengals.
Those three targets tied Khalil Shakir for the most among Bills’ wide receivers, so that’s an important piece of context. The Bengals came into today as the worst defense against tight ends, so the Bills peppered all of their tight ends with targets all game. Coleman caught a slant from Josh Allen on an audible in the red zone and was tackled down at the one, but it was a nice sign of trust from Allen in his young receiver. We still wouldn’t be looking to pick him up in redraft leagues.
  • JAC Tight End #85
Brenton Strange caught 3-of-6 targets for 27 yards in Jacksonville’s Week 14 win over the Colts.
Strange managed two red zone targets and was chugging towards the end zone early in the first quarter, but could not escape a tackle. He spent most of the game being more lauded for his strength (pushing Trevor Lawrence past the spot to gain on one fourth down, outright escorting Travis Etienne on a third-and-1 run by tackling him forward) than actually creating yardage. He’ll remain in the low-end TE1 ranks against the Jets in Week 15.
  • MIA Running Back #5
Jaylen Wright rushed 24 times for 107 yards and a touchdown in the Dolphins’ Week 14 win over the Jets.
Wright took over the backfield when Achane exited with a rib injury in the second quarter. He saw a whopping 24 carries and gashed the Jets for his first career 100-yard rushing game. Wright was also targeted three times, but did not catch any of them. Even with Achane healthy, Wright has a role, scoring a touchdown in the first quarter from two yards out. He operated ahead of Ollie Gordon this game, making Wright the waiver wire add out of this backfield should Achane miss time. Wright is a fantasy RB2 for Week 15 against the Steelers if Achane does not play.
  • ATL Tight End #8
Kyle Pitts caught 6-of-10 targets for 90 yards in the Falcons’ Week 14 loss to the Seahawks.
Pitts has operated as the Falcons’ top wide receiver whenever Drake London has been out this year. London was out again today and Pitts easily led the Falcons in all receiver categories. His 10 targets were good for a 33 percent target share. He was routinely open on deep and intermediate looks, operating as a de facto wide receiver despite his tight end designation. Pitts is now coming off back-to-back games with season-highs in receiver yards. He went for 82 yards versus the Jets last week. While the Falcons clearly need London back, his absence is doing wonders for Pitts. Pitts will hold a spot in the TE1 ranks if London remains out for Week 15 versus the Bucs.
  • BUF Wide Receiver #10
Khalil Shakir caught 2-of-3 catches for 16 yards and a touchdown in the Bills’ Week 14 win over the Bengals.
Shakir worked himself open on a second-quarter play when Josh Allen bought extra time and rolled out to the sideline before threading the needle to Shakir for a beautiful touchdown. The Bills’ top receiver was a bit of an afterthought today since the Bills attacked the Bengals with their tight ends all day. The matchup and snowy conditions were a big factor in Shakir’s limited usage; however, he did get tangled up with his own offensive lineman in the third quarter and came up hobbling, so keep an eye on the practice report this week.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #4
Zay Flowers caught 8-of-11 targets for 124 yards in the Ravens’ Week 14 loss against the Steelers.
Flowers led the Ravens in targets, receptions, and yards in a somewhat pass-heavy game script for Baltimore. Flowers’ day could have been even bigger if he had held on to a couple easy receptions that would have likely included yards after the catch. His 124 receiving yards against the Steelers was the second highest total of the season for Flowers, who functions as a reliable top-24 weekly wideout without much upside. He’ll look to notch his second touchdown of the 2025 season next week against the miserable Bengals defense.
