Brandel (6'6/308) was a PAC-12 snap hog, making 39 career starts at left tackle after nine on the right side as a rookie. Technically sound, Brandel also committed remarkably few penalties, but he has short arms (33 1/4") for his size. The Vikes, who entered Day 3 with 13 picks, are taking a flier on Brandel’s size and reliability. He profiles well as a practice squadder.

The financials of the deal were not immediately made available. Cardona, an 11-year veteran that played the first 10 seasons of his career in New England, has missed only four games during his sprawling career after entering the league out of Navy. He offers consistency for a special teams unit that struggled mightily a season ago.

Seumalo is a 10-year veteran who started all 44 games he played over the last three seasons with the Steelers. The 32-year-old made a Pro Bowl in 2024 and earned a 74.8 PFF grade in 2025, good for No. 12 among guards. Seumalo will be a new starter for the Cardinals’ interior offensive line as they figure out their quarterback situation moving forward.

The deal includes $7 million guaranteed. 28-year-old Lopez is returning to Arizona after a one-year sojourn in Motown. A space clogger in the middle of the defense, Lopez will find a rotational role on early downs in the desert, but nothing more.

He missed a single game to undergo surgery for testicular cancer. One game. NFL players are indeed “built different.” Singleton wears the green dot on defense, meaning he relays the play-calls from the sidelines to the field. Now back in Denver for two more seasons, he will resume that role in 2026.

Collier was a rotational defensive lineman for the Cardinals in 2024, tallying 3.5 sacks before re-signing for the 2025 season. He suffered a knee injury in Week 2 and did not return until Week 17, playing just 98 snaps in four games. The Cardinals decide to give Collier another go as a low-price rotational option and the 30-year-old will look to play a full season with a healthier knee.

The $7.5 million is solid backup money, just under the contract signed by Gardner Minshew with the Cardinals earlier in the day. Andy Dalton remains under contract through the 2026 season but could take on more of a mentor-type role, assuming the team retains his services. Pickett “boasts” a 16-to-16 touchdown-to-interception ratio across 27 starts and 36 appearances during his four-year NFL career.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the deal includes $34.7 million guaranteed. It’s vaguely surprising after the Seahawks struggled to unlock Shaheed on offense following his mid-season trade acquisition, but he remained a lethal weapon on special teams and there is frankly almost no way he struggles as much as a pass catcher again. Shaheed’s field-stretching perfectly complements Jaxon Smith-Njigiba’s all-around game, and JSN’s dominance means there will be ways to free up Shaheed 1-on-1. We suppose he is on the outside looking in of WR3 status for the time being, but Shaheed’s second year in Seattle could go much better than the first in fantasy.

Hodgins has been a depth receiver for the Giants over the last four seasons. He played seven games last season, catching 10-of-19 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown. The Giants choose to re-sign the 27-year-old with Wan’Dale Robinson out the door. Though the Giants will still add to the receiver room, Hodgins is in the WR3 mix behind Malik Nabers and Darius Slayton for 2026.

That makes back-to-back one-year contracts for the five-year veteran who missed all of the 2024 season due to a torn ACL. Koonce logged 8.0 sacks in a breakout season in 2023 prior to the injury but made only three starts in 2025. It’s a solid investment for the team if he can rekindle his pre-injury form.

Volson gets $2.5 million in guaranteed money as he moves to Titans in what is sure to be a reserve role behind established veterans Peter Skoronski and Kevin Zeitler. Volson made 48 starts in three seasons with the Bengals.
