Rivals’ Adam Friedman writes that Michigan looks to have a “commanding lead” for uncommitted four-star 2021 G Drew Kendall.
“Michigan has done a great job showing consistent interest in [Kendall] along with building a very strong relationship with him and his family,” Friedman writes of the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder while adding that he has “even been in touch with teachers at the school to make sure he feels comfortable with the academic plan at Michigan.” Looking beyond the Wolverines in the pole position, Friedman ranks the other contenders (in order) as Stanford, Boston College and Penn State. Duke and Virginia are also potentially in play as dark horses, here. Rivals ranks the Boston native as the No. 65 overall prospect in the 2021 class.
