Browns claimed DE Curtis Weaver off waivers from the Dolphins.
The Dolphins were hoping to sneak the No. 164 overall pick through waivers after he injured his foot, but the Browns decided to pounce. As the Miami Herald’s Adam Beasley put it on Twitter, the Dolphins ended up getting five padded practices out of a fifth-round pick. Not exactly ideal. A cult favorite amongst the draft community, Weaver’s fifth-round fall surprised on draft weekend. It is unclear if Weaver will be healthy enough to play in 2020.

James Cook rushed 22 times for 107 yards and two touchdowns in the Bills’ Week 15 win over the Patriots, adding one touchdown catch as well.
The Patriots’ rushing defense has struggled since Milton Williams (ankle) was placed on the IR. James Cook took advantage of that on Sunday, consistently earning hard yards up the gut and then using a tremendous second-effort dive to get his first rushing touchdown. Cook was targeted three times in the passing game, but was kept in check apart from his five-yard touchdown catch (yes, you read that right). The Bills will need Cook again against a tough Browns defense next week in what should be another freezing, cold game.
Bet on Rivers, Taylor against Seahawks in Week 15
The FFHH crew shares their favorite bets for Week 15 of the NFL season, detailing why 44-year-old Philip Rivers will have over 151 passing yards and Jonathan Taylor will have over 14 receiving yards against the Seahawks.
  • HOU Quarterback #7
C.J. Stroud completed 22-of-29 passes for 260 yards and three touchdowns in the Texans’ 40-20, Week 15 win over the Cardinals.
The Texans did not punt until the fourth quarter. Stroud put a bullet on Nico Collins for a score on Houston’s opening possession over the middle, and Houston never looked back. He would later add an improvisational touchdown to Dalton Schultz and a third score to Collins to put the game out of reach after Arizona mounted a second-half comeback. The Texans will be handed a home game against the Raiders in Week 16, and with Stroud’s current form, he’s a viable-if-unexciting borderline QB1 in that one.
  • BAL Running Back #22
Derrick Henry rushed 11 times for 100 yards in the Ravens’ Week 15 win over the Bengals.
Henry’s day was buoyed by back-to-back runs of 29 and 24 yards in the third quarter. The Ravens’ RB1 failed to find the end zone for his fantasy managers for the second straight week, and will look to turn around his fortunes in Week 16 against the Patriots. Despite the low-volume day, Henry will remain in the RB1 mix next week.
  • WAS Running Back #22
Jacorey Croskey-Merritt rushed 18 times for 96 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders’ Week 15 win over the Giants.
  • LAC Quarterback #10
Justin Herbert completed 19-of-29 attempts for 190 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in the Chargers’ Week 15 win against the Chiefs, adding two rushes for zero yards.
  • WAS Quarterback #8
Marcus Mariota completed 10-of-19 passes for 211 yards with a touchdown in the Commanders’ 29-21, Week 15 win over the Giants, adding 43 yards on 10 carries.
  • NE Quarterback #10
Drake Maye completed 14-of-23 passes for 155 yards and an interception in the Patriots’ 35-31, Week 15 loss to the Bills, adding 43 yards rushing and two touchdowns.
Maye started this game like a house on fire, running for two touchdowns on the Patriots’ first two drives. The Patriots also had a 24-7 lead at the half, but Maye was held pretty much in check after that. His longest pass play of the day was a 30-yard catch that the broadcast replay correspondent claimed should have been overturned. Maye didn’t have a single other completion of over 20 yards. He still produced more than enough with his legs to make his fantasy managers happy, but the Patriots will be hoping for a better showing next week in Baltimore against the Ravens.

    Jaxson Dart
    NYG Quarterback #6
Jaxson Dart completed 20-of-36 passes for 246 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in the Giants’ 29-21, Week 15 loss to the Commanders, adding 63 yards on nine carries.
Dart did briefly leave to be examine for a head injury, but he returned two plays later. The 2025 first-round pick’s day was pretty impressive from a fantasy perspective. It was not always fun to watch. As he had accuracy issues and made a poor decision late in the second quarter that was intercepted and took away a scoring opportunity. He did show off his athleticism, however, and the upside with Dart is ever-so-obvious. He’ll be back at it Sunday against the Vikings in Week 16.
  • KC Quarterback #15
Patrick Mahomes (knee) exited the Chiefs’ Week 15 game against the Chargers.
Mahomes clearly wasn’t 100 percent coming into the game with a left knee issue that cost him recent practice time. In the final minutes of the game against the Chargers, with the Chiefs looking to tie the game with a field goal, Mahomes stepped awkwardly while being tackled from behind. He appeared to hyperextend his left knee and was down on the ground surrounded by trainers for a couple minutes before hobbling to the sideline. Mahomes had 189 yards and an interception in another underwhelming performance before suffering the knee injury. Gardner Minshew is at quarterback while Mahomes gets evaluated in the locker room. Kansas City’s 2025 season is effectively over.
  • BUF Quarterback #17
Josh Allen completed 19-of-28 passes for 193 yards and three touchdowns in the Bills’ 35-31, Week 15 win over the Patriots.
Allen also added 50 yards rushing in what was a tremendous win to ensure the Bills still have a shot at the AFC East title. The Bills trailed in this game 21-0 and 24-7 at the half before Allen led five consecutive touchdown drives in the second half. As we’ve come to expect, he wasn’t able to connect with his wide receivers on any big plays, but Allen made smart decisions to keep drives alive and made a few really nice touchdown throws. The Bills will need some help in order to win the division, but they can start by taking care of business in Cleveland against the Browns next week.
