Chuba Hubbard rushed 16 times for 58 yards and caught 4-of-6 targets for nine yards in the Panthers’ Week 9 loss to the Colts.
Hubbard was inconsistent in the first half and also fumbled, which was recovered by his own team. That opened the door for the Panthers to work Miles Sanders into the fold a bit more in the second half, and Sanders looked good on many of his chances. However, Hubbard broke off a few nice runs in the second half and remains the clear lead back in the offense. With Sanders looking more impactful in the passing game, we could see this become a muddled two-back mess in the backfield.
