A 2022 Maryland transfer and Happy Valley breakout star, Robinson (6'3/254) was happy to further ascend for the Nittany Lions this year, recording his second consecutive season with 90th percentile pass rushing and overall grades. He led PSU with 12 stops despite ranking 11th on the team with 294 snaps due to injury. His 18% pressure rate was elite, bolstered by his blistering 2.28-seconds average time to first pressure. Robinson also made huge strides by slashing his 2022 missed tackle rate of 26.7% (9th-highest MTF rate among 2022 Edges) to an excellent 7.1% that was the eighth-lowest nationally amongst his edge rusher contemporaries. Robinson put on a show on the Indianapolis track, running an astounding 4.48s 40-yard dash (99.5th%) with a 1.53s 10-yard split (99.5th%). He followed that up with a 4.25s shuttle run (92nd%) and 10’08” broad (99th%) for a sparkling 9.72 Relative Athletic Score. As is indicated from his supernatural track speed, Chop is a demon running the loop and displays an array of counters to free himself up so he can make a run at the quarterback. He likes to line up wide when possible to give him a sharper angle to setup a crossface counter. Robinson does a great job getting low when engaging blockers on run downs, but has a tendency to almost get “too low” when bending the edge, causing him to lose footing and get sprawled on by opposing tackles. Robinson profiles as a potential cornerstone speed-edge prospect whose physical profile reminds of Nik Bonitto.

Allen played on just one offensive snap in last week’s win over the Browns, but led the Jaguars in third-down snaps (146) last season. Despite all the snaps he saw on third down as a rookie, Allen never materialized into a viable fantasy option. Whether or not that changes this season is to be determined, but any additional snaps he receives on third down would come at the expense of Bhayshul Tuten and Chris Rodriguez, after Rodriguez led the way with five third-down snaps last week. While Allen seeing additional work in these situations could be problematic for fantasy managers, they shouldn’t let that deter them from starting Tuten in Week 2 against the Broncos.

McDonald popped up on Thursday’s injury report with an ankle injury, but speaking with the media on Friday, Glenn said the fourth-year pass rusher will be good to go for Sunday’s game against the Packers. Rookie CB D’Angelo Ponds, who missed last week with an ankle injury, is also expected to make his NFL debut this week, giving the Jets additional help in the secondary.

This was always expected to be the case, but head coach Aaron Glenn said on Friday, while speaking with the media, that Cooper, RB/KR Kene Nwangwu (back), S Minkah Fitzpatrick (groin), and EDGE Joseph Ossai (foot) will all miss Sunday’s game against the Packers. It was reported earlier this week that the Jets are hoping to have Cooper back “within the next four weeks,” so it wouldn’t be surprising if he also missed Week 3’s game against the Lions.

Donald was reportedly close to being ready for the Rams’ season opener in Australia, but now the future Hall of Famer hopes to return in the Rams’ official home opener on Monday Night Football against the Giants. While Donald playing in Week 2 is still not a sure thing, he logged a full practice Thursday, which is a good sign with one practice still to go this week.

Burrow has been limited in each of the team’s first two practices, likely because the Bengals are exercising caution with their QB1. With one more practice to go before the Bengals release their final injury report, it sounds like there is no real concern about Burrow’s availability for Week 2 against a Texans defense looking to rebound from a tough season opener in which they allowed 36 points to the Bills. We will be sure to provide a final status for Burrow once the team announces it.

This is already shaping up to be an injury that will be monitored throughout all of next week. Moore is believed to have suffered an AC joint sprain in the Bills’ Week 2 win over the Lions, and while the injury isn’t considered serious, sources familiar with the situation haven’t ruled out the possibility that he’ll miss at least one game. Moore was held without a catch on Thursday after catching five passes for 100 yards and a touchdown in Week 1. Moore’s absence could open the door for Keon Coleman to see more work. Coleman played on 55 snaps against the Lions after playing on just 29 in Week 1, and caught all six of his targets for 63 yards.

Knox cashed in on a touchdown grab from one yard out in the second quarter for his first score of the season. While his snaps should remain high in an offense that rotates pass-catchers at an elevated rate, his primary contribution remains his blocking prowess. He remains a player unlikely to contribute meaningful counting stats on a weekly basis and is best left on the waiver wire.

Shakir continued in a gadgety role for the Bills, primarily working the short areas of the field in addition to receiving snaps out of the backfield. That could change in the immediate future after lead receiver DJ Moore departed in the second quarter with what appeared to be a significant shoulder injury. Even so, Shakir is best left on the waiver wire in all but the deepest fantasy leagues.

Coleman could be a hot name on the waiver wire following Week 2 after DJ Moore departed with what appeared to be a significant shoulder injury in the first half. The third-year veteran continues to tease at untapped upside in this high-powered offense but has yet to fully break through for consistent production. Maybe that changes now as his role potentially grows without Moore. It will also be interesting to see how, if at all, his route tree changes in the absence of Moore, particularly considering the team has Joshua Palmer to operate as the field-stretching, Z-type receiver, the latter of whom caught his only target for a 43-yard touchdown on a broken coverage against the Lions. Coleman is a speculative waiver addition ahead of a much more forgiving matchup against the Jets in Week 3.

Kincaid truly did it all in this one, routinely in the middle of the blocking scrum on long James Cook runs in addition to his work through the air. His 95 yards handily paced the team, with his first touchdown of the young season coming from 16 yards out near the end of the second quarter. Kincaid remains one of the most efficient pass-catchers in the league on a per-route basis and has worked his way into the upper echelon of fantasy assets at the position. He remains a locked-in TE1 when the Bills host the Jets in Week 3.
