Malik Willis (right thumb) was removed from the injury report and will play in Wild Card Weekend against the Eagles.
Willis will be active for backup duties against the Eagles this week. The Packers’ No. 2 QB practiced in full on both Thursday and Friday, assuaging concerns over his injured thumb.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11

The Athletic’s Chad Graff reports a Patriots trade for A.J. Brown is now “on the back burner.”
“The Patriots aren’t out of the Brown sweepstakes,” Graff concludes while noting that signing Romeo Doubs at least buys them a little space to not be desperate to trade for Brown. We’re not sure that actually matters from the outside. Doubs is a fine player, but he’s not A.J. Brown and there’s no store to buy other A.J. Browns from. The Patriots appear to not want to pay the price for Brown that Howie Roseman has set.
Dowdle must overcome Warren for fantasy relevance
Patrick Daugherty and Denny Carter explain why Rico Dowdle will likely be a touchdown-based fantasy running back option after reportedly signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
  • LV Defensive End
The Athletic’s Dianna Russini reports the Raiders still want two first round draft picks in exchange for EDGE Maxx Crosby.
  • LAC Linebacker #53
    Chargers re-signed LB Del’Shawn Phillips to a two-year contract.
The special teams ace finished with 24 tackles and was named second-team All-Pro in 2026. He’s played at least 64 percent of the special teams snaps for his teams in every year since 2021.
  • ARI Running Back #20
Cardinals re-signed RB Zonovan Knight to a one-year contract.
Useful depth last year for Arizona as the entire running back room got hurt, Knight now enters the 2026 season as no better than fourth on the depth chart for the Cardinals. He’s behind James Conner, Tyler Allgeier, and Trey Benson. Knight won’t be a priority in offseason Best Ball drafts and will only pick up steam if more injuries happen ahead of him in the pecking order.
  • TEN Kicker #6
    Titans re-signed K Joey Slye to a one-year contract.
Slye missed time with a calf injury early in the season, but went 28-of-35 on field-goal attempts. His job status is tenuous on a one-year contract, but the Titans are set to open the season with him as their kicker as things currently stand.
  • WAS Linebacker #44
Commanders agreed to terms with K’Lavon Chaisson, formerly of the Patriots, on a one-year, $12 million contract.
It is more than Mike Reiss predicted Chaisson would get in free agency, but he had to take a one-year deal to do it. Chaisson should be a starter on the edge for the Commanders, on the other side of the ball as Odafe Oweh. The defensive line has received a major makeover this tampering period in Washington.
  • BUF Quarterback #17
    Bills restructured Josh Allen’s contract.
Per ESPN’s Field Yates, the move creates $40 million in cap space. As is the case with most elite quarterbacks, Allen’s contract being restructured has become an annual affair for Buffalo. This is essentially free cap space for the Bills. With the deadline to get cap compliant coming later today, Buffalo now has plenty of wiggle room to sign free agents or extend other players. Allen is under contract through the 2030 season.
  • BAL Defensive End #91
Ravens agreed to terms with EDGE Trey Hendrickson, formerly of the Bengals, on a four-year, $112 million contract.
Baltimore now has Maxx Crosby’s replacement roughly 12 hours after his trade fell through. Hendrickson had been holding out for a better deal to start free agency and the Crosby debacle created an opening for him. At just $28 million per year, Hendrickson isn’t quite paid like the top-tier EDGE-rushers, but he should still crack the top-10. He was injured for much of 2025 and totaled just four sacks, but his 2024 and 2023 seasons were enough to get him paid. Hendrickson tallied 17.5 sacks in both of those seasons. That was enough to lead the league two years ago. He will now be the centerpiece of first-year head coach Jesse Minter’s defense.
  • FA Linebacker #33
    Patriots released EDGE Anfernee Jennings.
The Pats were not strapped for cap space, but the move still frees up $3.9 million in cap space and only leaves behind a $1 million dead cap charge. Jennings set a career-low in defensive snaps in 2025 and does his best work against the run. He totaled two sacks last year and his best mark is 2.5 sacks. Jennings should be able to land a short-term contract on the open market.
  • MIA Offensive Lineman #73
Dolphins and OT Austin Jackson agreed to a reworked contract.
Per ESPN’s Marcel Louis-Jacques, Jackson is now on a one-year, $7 million deal. The move saves $8.5 million in cap space and gets Miami under the cap ahead of today’s deadline. Jackson will still be a free agent next offseason. He is penciled in as the team’s starting right tackle for 2026.
