Cunningham was a highly touted prospect out of high school and he played well during his time at the University of Arizona. Turning pro last year, Cunningham took to the Mackenzie Tour and won on just his third start. That snowballed into six more finishes of T11 or better to finish 2nd on the money list. More recently, he’s made appearances at the Shriners (T36) and Dunlop Phoenix Open (T13). Both with much stronger fields than he was used to seeing but he still impressed. It will be a while before Cunningham can earn some consistent playing time on the big stage but weeks like these do present a nice opportunity to take a flyer in DFS leagues.
