Many average and high-handicap golfers are obsessed with finding a quick fix for their golf swing when they should be devoting more time to polishing their pre-shot fundamentals.

Grip, setup, posture, balance and alignment are all crucial when it comes to hitting good shots, and if these areas aren’t addressed properly an effective golf swing will be tough to come by.

In this video segment, Annika Academy instructor Mark Bereza is going to show you a simple way to achieve balance and good posture in your setup, which will make it easier to make a good turn in your golf swing.

Try this approach at home or on the range and feel what it’s like to set up properly to the ball. If you make the necessary adjustments you’ll swing the club better and improve your ball-striking.
