When it comes to driving the ball, pretty much everyone who plays golf would like to add more yards off the tee.
In an effort to feel like they’re making a more powerful move, however, many golfers lunge forward during the downswing and their head moves in front of the ball, which leads to all sorts of issues.
Your head doesn’t have to stay perfectly still during the golf swing, but as Brad Brewer explains in this video segment, the head must remain steady and it needs to be behind the ball at impact.
Brewer has a great tip to help you achieve that goal and deliver the club to the ball in better position, which will result in longer, straighter drives.
