American Alexis Thompson has been given a sponsorship invitation to play in the Evian Masters. The 15-year-old teenager, who made her pro debut at last month’s Shoprite Classic, is among five invitees in the field for one of the LPGA’s richest events. The Evian Masters will be played July 22nd-25th in Evian-les-Bains, France, and all four rounds will air on Golf Channel.
