Yes, Johnny Miller, you have 25 PGA Tour wins including two major championships. You’re a World Golf Hall of Fame member and the lead golf analyst for NBC. But, even with all that, what you don’t have is the right to question the greatest golfer of all time. Because when you do, you will lose.

At a ceremonial round in August 2010 to celebrate the grand opening of The Golf Club at Harbor Shores in Benton, Mich. - a Jack Nicklaus design that’s playing host to this week’s Senior PGA Championship - Johnny Miller faced an uphill putt on the 10th hole that measured more than 100 feet. Miller insisted the only way to get the ball to the hole was to chip it. Nicklaus begged to differ, and walked over to where Johnny’s ball was, dropped his own, and proceeded to show him how it was done. What happened next rendered Johnny speechless. Yes, that’s right, speechless.
