Reigning PGA Tour Rookie of the Year Chesson Hadley is the defending champion of this week’s Puerto Rico Open.
That’s Hadley. H-A-D-L-E-Y. It’s not a difficult name to spell. It could be much harder, like Jeronimo Esteve or Meen-Whee Kim or Oscar Fraustro.
Maybe the poor locker-room attendant in Puerto Rico is a fan of new Yankees third baseman Chase Headley, because he couldn’t quiiiiite get the name right of the tournament’s defending champion:
