247Sports’ Bob Redman reports that Florida redshirt freshman C Griffin McDowell will miss spring practice after being involved in a scooter accident.
Redman passes along that all that is currently known about McDowell’s injury is that it was to the foot or leg. No specifics as to the exact situation in which it occurred as of yet. The 6-foot-3, 295-pounder is expected to be ready for the start of August camp. McDowell signed on with the Gators as a three-star recruit in the 2018 class and went on to appear in two games his first year in Gainesville.
