According to BasketActu’s Dylan De Abreu, Isaia Cordinier is expected to fly to New York in order to work out for the Nets.
Cordinier, who was selected by the Hawks with the 44th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft, has yet to play in an official NBA game. The 6-foot-5 guard did play with the Hawks in the NBA Summer League in 2016, but suffered a fractured right wrist. Since then he has remained overseas, with the Nets acquiring his draft rights from the Hawks in 2018. Brooklyn currently has 14 players under contract, and one (Kessler Edwards) on a two-way deal. Even if Cordinier were to be brought over, it’s highly unlikely that he’d be worth targeting in any fantasy league.
