Colts activated Marlon Mack from the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The Colts also removed S Jahleel Addae from the COVID-19 list. Mack has been a healthy scratch for much of the season’s second half and holds no fantasy value.

Colts placed Marlon Mack on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The team also put S Jahleel Addae, CB T.J. Carrie, LB Malik Jefferson, and T Braden Smith on the COVID-19 list, per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. A healthy scratch for most of the season’s second half, Mack had no fantasy appeal before landing on the list. He should remain on waiver wires.

Free agent Jahleel Addae will work out for the Vikings.
Addae played 48 percent of snaps in Houston last year after he was an every-down safety in two seasons with the Chargers. The Vikings don’t have a need for him with Harrison Smith and Anthony Harris locked-in starters, but Addae can help in sub-packages. 30-year-old Addae should sign for the veteran minimum.

The Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson reports the Texans aren’t expected to re-sign S Jahleel Addae.
The team also announced it won’t re-sign CB Johnathan Joseph. 30-year-old Addae came off the bench for injured starter Tashaun Gipson mid-season and totaled 32 tackles, three deflections, and two picks in his first year with the organization. He also recorded a solo tackle in the team’s Wild Card win over Buffalo. Houston’s secondary could be completely revamped once the team turns around for offseason activities.

Texans S Jahleel Addae (knee) has been ruled out for the Divisional Round against Kansas City.
Addae’s playing time had spiked since Tashaun Gipson landed on injured reserve. The Texans will now have to lean on declining veteran Mike Adams for major snaps against the Chiefs. It’s not a good situation.

Texans signed S Jahleel Addae to a one-year, $1.1 million contract.
It’s a modest deal for Addae who was released by the Chargers this offseason after signing a $22 million contract a few years ago. Addae joins Tashaun Gipson and Justin Reid as starting safety options, but Pro Football Focus graded Addae as the No. 76 safety out of 93 qualifiers in 2018, so he’s not a notable upgrade.

    Chargers released S Jahleel Addae.
Only two seasons after re-upping with the Chargers for $22 million, Los Angeles will officially move on from Addae and his remaining $10 million in base salary. Albeit a minor surprise, the writing was on the wall once the team re-signed Jaylen Watkins in early February. Rayshawn Jenkins should see an uptick in playing time in 2019, too. Addae enters a crowded safety market once free agency officially begins next week.

The Chargers’ website considers FS Jahleel Addae a candidate for an expanded role in 2014.
An undrafted free agent, Addae appeared in all 16 games as a rotational safety, recording 32 tackles and a sack. He also put together a strong postseason and figures to push Marcus Gilchrist for the starting job opposite Eric Weddle. Even if he doesn’t start, Addae will see significant time in sub-packages. He graded out as a top-40 safety by Pro Football Focus despite playing just 374 snaps.

Chargers S Jahleel Addae was carted to the locker room in the fourth quarter of the Chargers’ Week 2 win with a shoulder injury.
Addae took the worst of a big hit on Denard Robinson deep in the fourth quarter. He was able to walk off the field after staying down on the turf for several minutes, but he had to be carted from the sidelines to the locker room.

Chargers SS Jahleel Addae suffered a broken left collarbone Week 2 against the Jaguars.
Addae took the worst of a big hit with Denard Robinson deep into the fourth quarter of the blowout. He was able to walk off the field on his own, but he had to ride the cart into the locker room in apparent pain. Addae will need surgery to repair the issue and should be sidelined at least a month.
