Titans declared LB Jayon Brown, OL Kevin Pamphile, OL Aaron Stinnie, DB Chris Milton, OLB Sharif Finch, OLB Derick Roberson, and RB Rod Smith as inactive for Week 7 against the Chargers.
Not a whole lot to see here. The Titans will be looking to get Ryan Tannehill going against a Chargers defense missing multiple starters.
  • Titans declared OL Kevin Pamphile, TE Anthony Firkser, DL Matt Dickerson, OL Aaron Stinnie, LB David Long, and CB Tye Smith inactive for Week 4 against the Falcons.
Pamphile has been banged up to start the season, and he’s best viewed as week to week. The rest of the Titans’ inactives won’t change the outcome of the Week 4 game.
  • Titans RG Kevin Pamphile (knee) has been ruled out for Week 2.
It’s a downgrade from last week, when Pamphile was listed as questionable. Pamphile has yet to practice and may be dealing with a setback. Jamil Douglas will make another start against the Colts.
  • Titans declared OT Kevin Pamphile, OG Nate Davis, RB Dalyn Dawkins, DE Matt Dickerson, LB Reggie Gilbert, LB David Long and CB Tye Smith inactive for Week 1 against the Browns.
Pamphile and Gilbert are both out with knee injuries. The rest are healthy scratches. Already playing without suspended LT Taylor Lewan, Jamil Douglas will slot in at right guard in place of Pamphile. Stud pass-rusher Myles Garrett should be licking his chops.
  • Titans OT Kevin Pamphile (knee) is questionable Week 1 against the Browns.
The Titans have a brutal matchup against Myles Garrett and company, and they won’t have their starting line to combat it. Pamphile’s potential absence is worsened by Taylor Lewan’s suspension.
  • Titans re-signed OT Kevin Pamphile.
Pamphile was thrown into action last season with LT Taylor Lewan and RT Jack Conklin batting injuries before going on I.R. with an injury of his own, but he’s obviously best suited for a backup job.
  • Titans placed OT Kevin Pamphile on injured reserve.
The Titans did not announce Pamphile’s injury. It’s a big loss for a team with a banged up offensive line. Pamphile started at left tackle in Week 2 before manning the right side in Week 3. There has never been a better time for RT Jack Conklin (knee) to return. Although ineffective, Pamphile started 15 games for the Bucs a season ago. He could be a candidate for return from injured reserve.
  • Bucs reserve OLs Kevin Pamphile and Caleb Benenoch will play multiple positions during OTAs.
Pamphile spent time at guard and right tackle last season and is working to get acclimated at center. A tackle by trade, Benenoch will also get practice reps inside as a rookie. Like most NFL offensive line coaches, Bucs OL coach George Warhop values versatility from backup offensive linemen.
  • Bucs LG Kevin Pamphile (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 11.
He’ll miss his second straight game. It’s a downgrade to Doug Martin’s matchup. The Bucs could start Ben Gottschalk at left guard after rookie Caleb Benenoch struggled in spot duty last week.
  • Bucs LG Kevin Pamphile (concussion) will play Week 12 against the Seahawks.
He was inactive for Week 11. Pamphile has received extremely poor marks for his run blocking over at Pro Football Focus, but has started eight games.
