Jeeho Yoo of Yonhap News reports that the Marlins have expressed interest in posted outfielder Kim Jae-Hwan.
Jae-Hwan was posted by the Doosan Bears of the Korea Baseball Organization on December 5 and must sign with an MLB team before January 5. The 31-year-old was the KBO MVP in 2018 and hit 116 homers with an OPS of 1.000 between 2016-2018. He struggled comparatively in 2019, however, with a .797 OPS in 146 games. The Marlins recently signed Corey Dickerson, but Jae-Hwan could give Miami another power-hitting outfield option.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic writes that the Doosan Bears of the Korea Baseball Organization have posted outfielder Kim Jae-Hwan.
Jae-Hwan has been one of the best power hitters in the KBO in the latter part of the decade, and from 2016-2018 the 31-year-old amassed 116 homers with an OPS over 1.000 in each of those campaigns. Last year, those numbers slowed to 15 roundtrippers and a .797 OPS in 146 games for the Bears. A team looking for a corner outfielder who can provide power from the left side could show interest in him this winter.
