Broncos signed No. 164 overall pick CB Lorenzo Doss to a four-year contract.
Doss picked off 15 passes in three years for Tulsa, but has size and athletic limitations. He’ll also need to improve his tackling to get on the field in the NFL. Special teams should be Doss’ rookie home.

Broncos declared CB Lorenzo Doss, QB Trevor Siemian, CB Curtis Marsh, LB Lerentee McCray, OG Shelley Smith, TE Mitchell Henry and DE Kenny Anunike inactive for Week 1 against the Ravens.
The Broncos enter Week 1 as one of the healthiest teams in the league. A fifth-round rookie, Doss is trying to earn a role on special teams.
  • FA Defensive Back
Broncos selected Tulsa CB Lorenzo Doss with the No. 164 overall pick in the 2015 NFL draft.
Doss (5'10/182) was a field-flipping ballhawk in Conference USA, securing 15 interceptions in just three college seasons. His 271 return yards set a Tulane record. Due to size and athletic limitations, Doss is best suited to play slot corner in the NFL. Doss ran 4.50 at the Combine with a 33 1/2-inch vertical, and has short arms (29 3/4"). He will need to clean up his tackling to become a consistent defensive force.
