Landry Shamet has entered into the league’s health and safety protocols and won’t play against the Pelicans on Tuesday.
Shamet has been an excellent source of deep shooting and steals recently for the Suns, including hitting five 3-pointers and swiping the ball away four times in their last game against the Hornets. M.J. Walker, a rookie who is playing on a 10-day hardship deal, could see the first extended minutes of his career. He played eight minutes in their last game and collected three steals.
