Cubs purchased the contract of outfielder Adam Greenberg from Double-A West Tenn.
Greenberg was hitting .278/.384/.418 for West Tenn. He can play center, although he hasn’t this year because he’s been on the same team as Felix Pie. The 24-year-old projects as a long-term reserve, and he’s not up to stay this time. It seems unlikely that he’ll have any fantasy value.
