    Angels released LHP Adam Kolarek.
Kolarek made five relief appearances last year between the Dodgers and Mets and didn’t end up making an appearance for the Angels after signing a one-year deal last November. The 35-year-old southpaw might be at the end of the road after posting an ERA resembling the model number on a Boeing jetliner this season at the Triple-A level.

Angels reassigned LHP Adam Kolarek to minor league camp.
Kolarek was jettisoned from the Angels’ 40-man roster back in January and will open the year back at Triple-A Salt Lake as extra organizational relief depth. The 35-year-old veteran southpaw has made 175 appearances in the big leagues dating back to 2017.

Angels sent LHP Adam Kolarek outright to Triple-A Salt Lake.
It was a bit surprising to see Kolarek secure a major league deal back in late November from the Angels, but he’s been officially removed from the club’s 40-man roster to make room for newly-added starter Zach Plesac. The 34-year-old southpaw, who inked a one-year, $900,000 pact with Los Angeles a few weeks ago, will likely open the 2024 campaign back at Triple-A Salt Lake as extra organizational relief depth.

Angels signed LHP Adam Kolarek to a one-year, $900,000 contract.
The 34-year-old southpaw made five appearances in the big leagues between the Dodgers and Mets in 2023 — hurling six scoreless innings with a 0.50 WHIP and a 7/1 K/BB ratio. He hasn’t thrown 20 innings in any big league season since 2019, so it’s a bit surprising to see that the Angels are basically handing him a spot in their Opening Day bullpen by inking him to a major league contract. Expect him to function in middle relief for the Halos.

Braves signed LHP Adam Kolarek to a minor league contract.
Kolarek latches on with the Braves just a few days after electing free agency following his removal from New York’s 40-man roster. The 34-year-old left-hander has made 175 relief appearances in the majors since 2017.

Adam Kolarek has elected free agency.
Kolarek went unclaimed on waivers after being designated for assignment over the weekend by the Mets. The 34-year-old veteran reliever will test the free agent waters rather than accept an outright minor league assignment to Triple-A Syracuse.

Mets designated LHP Adam Kolarek for assignment.
Kolarek posted a 0.00 ERA and 0.43 WHIP across 4 2/3 innings with the Mets but they decided to move in a different direction. There is a chance another ballclub will give him another shot before the season ends.

Mets selected the contract of LHP Adam Kolarek from Triple-A Syracuse.
The 34-year-old southpaw was picked up from the Dodgers at the trade deadline for cash considerations, though this will be the first time that he has joined the Mets. Kolarek has registered a 2.55 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and a 34/20 K/BB ratio over 35 1/3 innings at the Triple-A level this season. He’ll function in a middle relief role for the Mets.

Mets acquired LHP Adam Kolarek and RHP Phil Bickford from the Dodgers for cash considerations.
Both hurlers had been removed from the Dodgers’ 40-man roster, and they’ll now provide depth to a depleted Mets’ bullpen. Kolarek, 34, has spent most of the season at Triple-A Oklahoma City where he has posted a 2.40 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and a 26/17 K/BB ratio over 30 innings.

Joel Sherman of the New York Post reports that the Mets acquired Adam Kolarek and Phil Bickford from the Dodgers for cash considerations.
The Dodgers had to make room on their 40-man roster on Tuesday and the Mets took advantage, snagging a pair of viable relievers for cash considerations. It’s unclear if they’ll join the big league club immediately once official, or if they’ll report to Triple-A Syracuse.
