Marlins acquired RHP Alexis Ramirez and INF Hayden Cantrelle from the Brewers for C Alex Jackson.
Ramirez made 11 appearances (nine starts) last year in the Brewers’ Rookie-level Arizona League affiliate. The 22-year-old righty represents a long-term lottery ticket.
