Blue Jays RHP prospect Brad Allen completed four innings Saturday as part of a combined no-hitter for High-A Dunedin.
He finished with five punch-outs and two walks. You won’t find Allen on any top prospect lists. The 27-year-old is in his fourth year in the minors and wasn’t even drafted coming out of Arkansas State. But Allen has done a nice job this year with two wins and a 2.35 ERA over six outings. Opponents have hit just .200 against him with 15 strikeouts in 55 at-bats.
