Brad Coon had three hits and three steals Sunday in his fourth game for Double-A Arkansas.
Coon has seven steals over the four games. The 24-year-old was hitting .258/.311/.344 with 31 steals in 40 attempts for Single-A Rancho Cucamonga before his promotion. He shouldn’t figure into the Angels’ outfield plans, but as a left-handed hitter with the speed to play center, he might see some time on a major league bench.
