Ben Adler of Baseball America reports that the Twins will sign infielder Bryan Acuña.
Acuña is the youngest brother of Braves superstar Ronald Acuña Jr. and Texas Rangers prospect Luisangel Acuña. The infielder is considered one of the best prospects in the international class, and won’t turn 17 until August. He has a chance to hit for average with a compact swing that offers bat speed, but could develop some power as he matures. He also gets quality reviews for his feel for the game, which isn’t too surprising considering his pedigree.
