    This was merely done as a procedural move, as the Orioles attempt to maneuver their roster and add flexibility before the postseason. Beaulac, a 26-year-old right-hander, will miss the remainder of the season.

    Orioles re-signed RHP Eric Beaulac to a minor league contract.
    Beaulac missed a large chunk of the 2013 season due to a torn labrum in his right hip. The 27-year-old right-hander will serve as relief depth for the O’s in 2014.
