Marlins acquired INF Federico Polanco from the Mets for RHP Jordan Yamamoto.
Polanco turns 20 in March and slashed .299/.383/.418 with 10 steals over 56 games in rookie ball in 2019. He’s yet to hit a homer through his first 501 plate appearances in pro ball, but he’s capable of playing all over the infield.
