Rays acquired RHP Jeffrey Rosa from the Nationals for LHP Enny Romero.
Rosa posted an underwhelming 4.91 ERA, 1.438 WHIP, and 34/20 K/BB ratio in 40 1/3 innings (11 starts) last season for the Nationals’ affiliate in the rookie-level Gulf Coast League. The 21-year-old Dominican right-hander is not much of a prospect.
