    Harvey is now off of the 40-man roster. The right-hander was placed on the 45-day injured list in August after suffering a right elbow sprain. The 28-year-old allowed three hits over 3 1/3 scoreless innings before the injury. Harvey can elect free agency, or he can report to Triple-A with a likely invite to spring training in 2021.

    Harvey is officially done for the remainder of the 2020 regular season after suffering a right elbow sprain in an appearance last week against the Astros. He had thrown 3 1/3 scoreless innings this year for Colorado.

    James Pazos has been recalled from the team’s alternate training site to replace him in the Rockies’ bullpen. Depending on the severity of the sprain, it’s possible that he won’t return before the end of the regular season. The 28-year-old hurler had allowed just three hits while striking out two over 3 1/3 scoreless innings so far on the season.
