Rays re-signed RHP Juan Sandoval to a minor league contract.
His deal includes an invitation to Major League spring training. The 33-year-old right-hander, who is blind in one eye, registered a 3.21 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 63/25 K/BB ratio over 81 1/3 innings between Double-A Montgomery and Triple-A Durham in 2013.
