Red Sox re-signed LHP Michael Sansone to a minor league contract.
The 25-year-old southpaw has spent the past two seasons toiling in the minor leagues for the Red Sox. In 2025, he registered a 3.46 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and a 74/14 K/BB ratio across 88 1/3 innings in 27 appearances (seven starts). Expect that he’ll open the 2026 campaign at Double-A Portland.
