2006 second-round pick Mike Felix walked seven in just two-thirds of an inning for low Single-A Hickory on Thursday.
Another winner for the Pirates. At least Felix hasn’t undergone major arm surgery yet, separating himself from most of the pitchers the team has spent high draft picks on this decade. Felix, who was bounced from Hickory’s rotation after just three starts, has an 8.83 ERA and a 37/46 K/BB ratio in 35 2/3 innings.
