Athletics SS prospect Mikey White clobbered two home runs Tuesday in a win for High-A Stockton.
Both were solo shots. It was White’s first career multi-homer game. The hits have been coming in bunches for White. Tuesday marked his fourth multi-hit game in his last eight contests. White had homered just once in 255 at-bats this year prior to Tuesday’s outburst. The A’s drafted White in the second round of last year’s draft following a successful college career at Alabama.
