Dodgers acquired 3B Moises Bolivar from the Red Sox for LHP James Paxton.
Bolivar is a 17-year-old corner-infielder who just signed with the Red Sox for $25,000 this past January. He’s off to a strong start in the Dominican Summer League, but obviously we’re talking about a long-term project. The Dodgers will happily take that for someone they designated for assignment.
