The Cleveland Indians selected Quentin Holmes with their second round pick in the 2017 MLB Draft.
This was Cleveland’s first pick of the draft, and it was a good one. An outfielder out of McClancy HS in New York, Holmes is one of the fastest players in the class, and he has enough bat speed to make hard contact to all parts of the field. If Holmes can play everyday, he could be among the league leaders in stolen bases.
