Dodgers signed Dominican 3B Samuel Munoz.
No word on the exact financial terms yet, but Ben Badler of Baseball America reports that the deal is official. Munoz, the seventh-ranked international prospect in the signing class, per MLB Pipeline, originally showcased as an outfielder, but is expected to move back to third base in the minors. The 17-year-old infielder is a left-handed hitter with a solid approach and could make an impact for the Dodgers in a few years.
