    According to TCPalm.com, the Giants have signed right-hander Scott Proctor to a minor league contract.
    The story quotes Proctor’s agent, who said that his client has been invited to spring training. The 36-year-old right-hander pitched in the Korean Baseball Organization last season, posting a 1.79 ERA and 35 saves over 57 appearances. He owns a 4.78 ERA over seven seasons in the majors.
