    Tulo is out of the starting lineup for the sixth straight game Monday, but he is getting closer to being ready to play. Tommy Field will make another start at shortstop Monday against the Padres.

    The Rockies need some shortstop depth with Troy Tulowitzki dealing with a hip issue and Chris Nelson also banged up. Field batted .271/.357/.439 with 17 homers and nine steals over 472 at-bats with Tulsa this season. He profiles as a utilityman over the long haul.
