Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s team received its third warning last weekend at Dover International Speedway, leaving the team one warning away from losing pit stall selection for an event.

That was one of four warnings NASCAR issued Sprint Cup teams at Dover.

Earnhardt’s team was cited for failing the Laser Inspection Station twice before the race. Also cited for failing that twice before the race were the teams of Regan Smith and Kyle Larson. It is the third warning for Smith’s team and second warning for Larson’s team.

NASCAR announced that Chase Elliott’s team received a warning -- its first of the year -- for failing the template inspection station twice before last weekend’s race.

NASCAR also stated that it has fined an unidentified crew member for David Ragan’s BK Racing Team $1,000 for failure to properly wear or secure mandatory safety apparel or equipment.
