Big man Alan Williams is set to sign with Russian team Lokomotiv Krasnodar.
Williams wasn’t able to consistently garner rotation minutes in the NBA and played just 67 games in four years, but he dominated the G-League to the tune of 19.8 points and 12.9 rebounds in 41 games last season.

According to Brian Lewis of the New York Post, Alan Williams is unlikely to return to the Nets next season.
Williams played very well in the G League in 2018-19, averaging 21.0 points and a league-leading 14.7 rebounds. However, with Brooklyn signing DeAndre Jordan to a four-year, $40 million deal, the Nets don’t have room for Williams.

Alan Williams made his Nets debut on Friday with eight points, eight rebounds and two assists in just nine minutes.
He was expected to go to China, but Big Sauce will stay in Brooklyn. He’s basically the fourth center on the roster, so he’s a long way from fantasy value when it’s not garbage time.

Alan Williams has returned to Brooklyn and will sign another two-way deal with the Nets.
Williams had planned to take his talents to China, but after encountering some “complications” with finalizing his CBA deal, he nixed the overseas decision and decided to return to Brooklyn. He’s typically not in the rotation, though, so Williams is safe to ignore in fantasy hoops.

Alan Williams is reportedly close to signing with the Xinjiang Flying Tigers.
The Nets waived Williams earlier this week so he could pursue opportunities overseas.

The Nets have waived C Alan Williams.
Williams is reportedly signing a deal with a club in China, but he could return stateside to sign a veteran’s minimum deal with an NBA club once the CBA season concludes.

Alan Williams (left ankle) has been ruled out of Saturday’s game vs. the Pacers.
Even when healthy, Williams will have a tough time carving out consistent minutes. Leave him on the wire.

Alan Williams (left ankle) has been ruled out for Monday’s exhibition game against the Pistons.
The Nets are loaded at the five-spot, so it could be tough for Williams to find meaningful minutes in Brooklyn. He can be ignored in most leagues.

Alan Williams (left ankle) will not play on Wednesday.
It doesn’t sound serious and the Nets won’t need the two-way big either way. He adds some rebounding depth to the Nets, but it’s hard to buy his talk of taking 3-pointers.

Alan William said he’s been working on his 3-pointers this summer.
“I’ve been working on it all summer,” said Williams. “There’s no way that you go into this league now without having a 3-point shot.” Yeah, OK. Big Sauce hasn’t made a single shot from beyond 15 feet in his career.
