Alpha Kaba has withdrawn from the NBA draft, according to ESPN’s Chad Ford.
This was the expected move, and it doesn’t impact the selection process in any meaningful way.

The Atlanta Hawks concluded the 2017 NBA Draft by selecting France’s Alpha Kaba with the No. 60 overall pick
Kaba is still very raw, and it would be surprising to see him arrive stateside for the 2017-18 season. He’s got some intriguing physical tools, but it’s likely Atlanta allows him to develop overseas while monitoring his progress from afar.

Alpha Kaba said that he’d like to suit up for the Hawks’ summer league squad, and then decide after that where he’ll play next season.
Kaba is likely going to spend the 2017-18 season playing overseas, but maybe we’ll get a peek of him at summer league. There’s not a league out there where Kaba should be considered a draft day target.

Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk said he believes second-round pick Alpha Kaba will play overseas next season.
Kaba was the 60th overall pick in the 2017 draft. “I think Alpha will go back to Mega Leks or another team in Europe. I haven’t really talked to his agent but I expect he’ll go back there,” said Schlenk. Kaba can be ignored in all fantasy leagues.

Hawks second-round pick Alpha Kaba will play in France next season.
Kaba, who was the 60th overall pick in the 2017 draft, has signed with ASVEL of the French Pro A League. It was expected that the Hawks would stash him overseas for at least one season. He can be ignored in all fantasy formats.

Alpha Kaba is expected to withdraw from the 2015 NBA Draft, sources told NBADraft.net.
Kaba is an intriguing prospect at 6'10" and just 19 years old due to his 3-point ability and incredible 7'5" wingspan, but apparently he will not be eligible to be selected later this month. Whenever Kaba does make the jump, there will be a handful of teams very interested in making him their next project.

Jamal Murray was benched for the entire fourth quarter of Tuesday’s loss to Dallas, scoring six points with one block and one triple in 24 minutes.
Murray wasn’t the only victim of coach Michael Malone’s temper tantrum as Nikola Jokic was benched for the entire fourth quarter as well. “We had a couple of guys tonight that um....it’s one thing to miss shots and to make mistakes, and it’s another thing to go out there and go through the motions,” Malone said. Did we mention that the Nuggets are in ninth place and fighting for a playoff spot? Yikes.
