Jared Terrell has signed a contract with Hapoel Eilat of Israel.
Terrell spent last year with the Timberwolves on a two-way deal, but he didn’t receive much traction during free agency and will now take his talents overseas.

Jerryd Bayless (ankle) will not suit up for Wednesday’s game against the Nuggets.
Bayless will end up missing the final three games of the season, and he’ll be joined on the sidelines by Jeff Teague (foot), Derrick Rose (elbow), Robert Covington (knee) and Luol Deng (Achilles). Jared Terrell will continue to backup Tyus Jones at the PG spot with Bayless unavailable.
  • Point Guard #8
Jerry Bayless (right ankle contusion) will not play against the Thunder on Sunday.
Bayless was a late addition to the injury report a few hours prior to game-time and will dress, but not play. Jared Terrell will step into the backup point guard role with Josh Okogie, C.J. Williams, Cam Reynolds and Keita Bates-Diop available to see added opportunity with Bayless sidelined.
  • Point Guard #3
Jared Terrell scored a career-high 10 points with two 3-pointers in 10 minutes against the Lakers on Thursday.
After scoring just nine points in his previous NBA games, he is probably going to be in the rotation on Friday against the Jazz. The Wolves are running out of point guards with Tyus Jones (ankle), Jeff Teague (foot) and now Derrick Rose (ankle) all hurt. He’ll be a DFS punt or deep stream.
  • Point Guard #3
Wolves guard Jared Terrell had four points in 21 minutes off the bench on Sunday, making 1-of-8 field goals with two steals, one block, one rebound and one assist.
Jeff Teague (sore knee) was out again and Derrick Rose (left ankle soreness) was a late scratch, leaving the backcourt razor thin. The key is that this was a blowout after the second quarter, so garbage time led to extra run for all of the Wolves’ bench guys. Terrell isn’t on the fantasy map.

The Wolves signed Rhode Island guard Jared Terrell to a two-way contract.
He’ll spend most of his time in the G-League, but is allowed up to 45 days in the NBA during the 2018-19 season. Terrell played all four years at Rhode Island, averaging 16.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.5 steals and 2.2 triples as a senior. The Wolves will get a good look at him during the Summer League.

Jared Terrell scored 13 points and had five rebounds and one steal in just 19 minutes in Minnesota’s summer league win against the Nets on Monday.
He just signed a two-way contract with the Timberwolves but led the team in scoring on Monday, continuing his pretty solid play to start off the summer league. With his contract, he’s limited to just 45 days in the NBA during 2018-19, but if he continues to play well he may get to use up some of those days.
