Nickeil Alexander-Walker (toe) and Dyson Daniels (toe) are questionable for Sunday’s game against the Heat.
Alexander-Walker and Daniels potentially sitting out Sunday’s game would free up rotation minutes for multiple players, including Gabe Vincent and Keaton Wallace. Neither is a particularly safe streaming option for managers in active fantasy leagues.
  • Nickeil Alexander-Walker (foot) is out for Thursday’s game against the Wizards.
Alexander-Walker will miss Thursday’s game due to a sprained left foot. His absence opens up a spot in the Hawks’ starting lineup, with Keaton Wallace being one potential replacement. While he hasn’t been a great streamer this season, Wallace may be worth a look due to the matchup.
  • Nickeil Alexander-Walker (foot) is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Wizards.
Alexander-Walker has a sprained left foot, but the good news is that the door is open for him to play against the Wizards. If he can’t go, there will be more opportunities available to Gabe Vincent and Keaton Wallace, while Buddy Hield could move into the back end of the rotation.
  • ATL Guard #7
Gabe Vincent has been traded to the Hawks.
Vincent has been a reserve for the Lakers for the last few seasons, but he’ll now be a depth piece in Atlanta. He should be a reserve point guard option, which likely pushes Keaton Wallace further down the depth chart. However, with Dyson Daniels, Nickeil Alexander-Walker and CJ McCollum all healthy, there isn’t going to be many minutes for Vincent.
  • ATL Guard #5
Dyson Daniels (ankle) is questionable to play against the Celtics on Saturday.
Daniels’ potential absence would leave the Hawks’ rotation even thinner than it already is. CJ McCollum would have a chance to make his first start for Atlanta, though Luke Kennard could also slide in to fill that spot. Keaton Wallace is another candidate to start if the Hawks are looking for more defense in place of Dyson.
  • ATL Guard #3
Luke Kennard (back) is available to play against the Raptors on Monday.
Kennard will be back after a one-game absence against Toronto. In the rematch, he’ll occupy his typical role off the bench, which should push Keaton Wallace back out of the rotation.
  • ATL Guard #3
Luke Kennard (back) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Raptors.
Kennard did not play in Saturday’s loss to the Raptors, with his absence factoring into Keaton Wallace playing 19 minutes off the bench. However, he would not be worth the streaming risk if Kennard misses a second straight game.
  • ATL Guard #3
Luke Kennard (back) has been ruled out against the Raptors on Saturday.
Kennard was able to play 21 minutes off the bench on Friday but will be unavailable against Toronto. Keaton Wallace will likely make a return to the rotation, though he won’t see the floor enough to be worth streaming with the rest of the backcourt rotation healthy, sans Trae Young.
  • Nickeil Alexander-Walker (ankle) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the 76ers.
Alexander-Walker, who has been starting since late October due to Trae Young’s knee injury, is dealing with a right lateral ankle sprain. If he’s unable to play on Sunday, the Hawks will likely turn to Keaton Wallace to fill the void. However, Wallace would not be the only player whose usage would increase, as Jalen Johnson would have the ball in his hands even more than he already does.
  • ATL Guard #3
Luke Kennard (hip) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Wizards.
Kennard is available after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Hornets. His return will likely result in fewer minutes for fellow reserve Keaton Wallace, who hasn’t done enough to merit being rostered in fantasy leagues.
