I actually didn’t believe this initially. I kept expecting Garfien to reveal the video was from a different game, one Chicago lost by 30 or on a last-second shot or in some other devastating way.
Nope. Apparently, this was last nights’ contest.
This attitude should serve the Bulls well. They beat LeBron James, then with the Heat, in Game 1 of the 2013 second round and Game 1 of the 2011 conference finals – and lost both series in five games. Add the potential distraction of Tom Thibodeau’s job security, and this is absolutely not the time to lose focus.
Looks like the Bulls haven’t.
