Goran Dragic has not been shy about sharing his opinions lately.
Free agency? He’ll opt out and re-sign with the Suns.
The Australia-Angola World Cup game? Fixed by the Aussies to avoid the United States for as long as possible.
World Cup favorites? Not the U.S.
Sam Amick of USA Today:
Goran Dragic (Slovenia, Suns) on who is favorite at this point in FIBA World Cup: "So far, Spain."

The Americans, as they showed in their win over Dragic’s Slovenia today, have an ability to hit a gear no other team in this tournament can match. And they’ve done that consistently enough to earn favorite status.
There’s no guarantee the U.S. will win, but I’ll take them over the field at this point – especially because Dragic’s comments will only add fuel to Klay Thompson’s self-created fire.
