Lou Williams turns back to Lakers’ offense to talk to fans (video)

Los Angeles Lakers v Washington Wizards

WASHINGTON, DC - DECEMBER 02: Head coach Byron Scott of the Los Angeles Lakers talks with Louis Williams #23 in the second half against the Washington Wizards at Verizon Center on December 2, 2015 in Washington, DC. Watch Lou Williams on this play.

The Lakers guard (No. 23) cuts across the paint and then heads to the corner, a spot where shooters are very dangerous. That’s all well and good.

It gets a little strange when he turns his back to the play and casually walks to the corner. It gets even stranger when he talks to the fans and repeatedly turns his head away from the action.

If Williams is tired and/or distracted, I know another guard who could some extra minutes – even when not dictated by Kobe Bryant.
