The occasion on Tuesday night between the Boston Celtics and the Washington Wizards was The Funeral. Amplifying the rivalry between the two teams, the Wizards players arrived in all black clothing for their matchup with Boston.
Washington then took care of business, 123-108, but not before Celtics G Marcus Smart exchanged words with assistant coach Jerome Allen.

No word yet on why the two were going so hard at each other, but it can’t be a good thing for the Celtics bench if the two ostensibly had to be removed from one another’s presence.
Then again, maybe this is what happens when a team shows up wearing black and they bury you by 15 points as part of an emotional rivalry.
Hopefully the Celts get it sorted between Smart and Allen.
