There was a time this summer, when the Lakers went out and got Jordan Farmar and fans thought they may be getting the 2009 band back together, that Sasha Vujacic looked like maybe he could get an NBA roster spot again.
That time came and went (and the Lakers chose wisely not to live in 2009 anymore).
But Marc Stein of ESPN tells us Vujacic (who played in Turkey last season) has not given up his NBA dream.

There are teams looking to fill the 14/15 slots on their roster right now, but most teams would like to fill that slot with a young player they can roll the dice on developing. Vujacic is 29; the only teams likely to take a shot on him are contenders who think he can help (or one that suffers an injury). Right now evidence shows none of them do.
