Byron “Bam” Morris wants to return to the NFL, possibly with Pittsburgh.
“If the Steelers would want to sign me, they wouldn’t have to even buy me a plane ticket to get there. I’d drive,” Morris, who was released from jail in 2004, said. A once-promising career ended for Bam with a flurry of off-field problems, most stemming from admitted substance abuse. He’s currently leading the Katy Copperheads of the National Indoor Football League in rushing.
